Roofing Sales Specialist: Outside Sales

$70,000 – $150,000 / year (base + uncapped commission)

This is one of our core roofing sales jobs. It is a full-time outside sales role with KSR, a multi-year, award-winning, all-in-one roofing provider that’s insured, bonded, and nationally recommended. Headquartered in Suwanee, GA with locations in Charlotte, NC and Cincinnati, OH.

What You’ll Do

• Self-generate leads and follow up on company-provided leads
• Handle contract signings and upsell roofing-related products
• Present and sell insurance and retail sales estimates to customers

What We’re Looking For

• Competitive, self-motivated, and a team player
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to learn new software and basic computer skills
• Sales experience helpful but not required (residential exterior sales a plus)

Field Canvasser (NC)

$1,000 – $1,500 / week (commission-only, uncapped)

An entry-level role that’s a perfect first step into roofing sales jobs. You won’t sell at the door. Instead, you’ll set inspection appointments for our sales reps. Ideal for an energetic, outgoing communicator who loves fresh air and talking to people.

What You’ll Do

• Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods and start friendly conversations
• Offer free roof inspections and set appointments with qualified homeowners
• Log leads and appointments in a mobile app
• Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity

Compensation & Perks

• Commission-only, no cap. Average $1,000–$1,500/week, top performers $2,000+
